Federal members of Parliament and their staff are confronted with a broad range of issues. On any given day, my office fields numerous inquiries regarding Immigration, Centrelink, Taxation, Veterans Affairs, Medicare, Aged care, Consumer Affairs and Child Support.

We also interview people and organisations seeking support for their particular cause or issue. These include foreign affairs, environmental and urban concerns, local development or indeed, residents wanting to seek my advice on issues which personally affect them.
